I'd like to suggest this book for either Logos or Vyrso (in this case I'd prefer Logos format to follow links to the CCC, to the Early Church Fathers, Cardinal Newman and other cited sources). The preview at a large ebook retailer is very intriguing - it shows Collins and Walls come to this book not as triumphalist anti-catholics but from an ecumenic position - but what cought my interest in the first place was that I found positive reviews of it on two websites as diverse as TGC and Roger Olson's blog.
