Trouble Launching Logos

Good Afternoon,

A few days ago I installed Logos 7 onto my 2015 MacBook Air. However, whenever I try to open Logos the icon bounces a few times and then disappears. I have been unable to open Logos at all. I did try uninstalling the app, redownloading, and installing again, but unfortunately I have received the same result.

I did download the logging tool. I enabled it while I tried to open Logos three times. I attached the log to this post.

Any help getting Logos to launch would be great. Thank you!

For both of you, can you open the app via the applications folder (rather than the doc)?

Lauren - If that doesnt work, please create a new thread and post logs (see my signature line). Make sure to provide appropriate details (i.e. what have you done? What OS? What specific version of Logos engine? etc.)

Console Messages has error from launching Logos application in mounted Disk Image (after download), which does not work. Disk Image shows Logos application with arrow pointing to Applications (visual cue for you to drag Logos into Applications folder). Please copy Logos application bundle to your desired folder: e.g. Applications followed by launching Logos from that folder. After Logos has been copied, the mounted disk image can be ejected.

Logos 7 Install => https://www.logos.com/install has "Learn More" on the right side with link to Logos 6 Mac installation => https://www.logos.com/support/logos6/mac/install that includes video showing Logos being dragged from disk image to desired folder: e.g. Applications followed by launching Logos from Applications folder.

FYI: on different Macs, personally have used Applications OR my Documents folder for Logos application. Windows default installation is in your Documents folder, which also works on Mac.
