Weird Text Bug in iPad App

My Faithlife/Logos email changed recently. I deleted the iPad app and reinstalled it so I could sign in with my email address change.

After doing so, there's a weird text issue displaying in the upper right corner of the screen. Here's what it looks like:

It kind of looks like this, so I wonder if it's an iOS 11 glitch?

I don't see how they could be related, despite the visual similarities. Have you tried killing the app and restarting your device? Does this happen only with this resource?

I wasn't sure if they were related or not (I just posted the article "just in case").

I have tried killing the app and restarting my iPad. Same issue.

Mine is an iPad Pro on 11.1 as well. I updated to 11.1 about the same time I did the app reinstall with my account, so maybe it is an 11.1 issue.

The latest version seems to have resolved the issue, albeit dramatically. :-)
