Prepub Pricing Error

(I wasn't sure how to title this thread).

I was looking over my preorders and stumbled across this:

I ordered this over 5 years ago for 24.95, which is what is also the cost on my preorders page. Yet, the webpage has it for 7.99. I'm going to cancel my prepub and reorder it, but if I didn't would that mean that I would still pay 24.95 when it ships?
