Running MacOS High Sierra Version 10.13.1
When I click on a past Layout a small window appears in the lower left screen. The tabs for enlarging or closing the window do not appear. The rest of the screen is black.

Can you reproduce this bug, and post your logs (you'll find instructions in my signature)? Also please include a screenshot of the layout.
Are you also saying you can't resize the window?
