Split-screens, synchronized on iPad?

I've got BibleReader on the iPad, and absolutely love their synchronized split-screens.  But they are a bit shy on content beyond a great selection of bibles.

I want to be able to open a bible on my iPad in one part of the window, and open an additional bible or a commentary, and when I swipe/scroll through one screen, the other screen is synchronized so that it shows parallel content in both windows as you read through the text.

How soon can I anticipate this kind of functionality on Logos for iPad?  If it will be there in the next 3-6 months, I'll wait and buy a bunch of new Logos content.
