SUGGESTION to fix Home page taking a very long time to display

I believe there are users who dont want L4 to open to their Home page on every startup, but who would like to check it out once in a while.
currently if "show home page at startup" option is unchecked, it takes over 15 seconds for me to load information for the home page, even though L4 was idle for hours.
I am suggesting enabling L4 to prefetch all of the information in the background, while L4 is idle, so Home page display could be instant. As this information updates daily, daily background caching should be sufficient.

Good idea.
I've already used up all my votes over on the Logos UserVoice site (http://logos.uservoice.com/forums/42823-logos-bible-software-4) which is another place you might want to post this suggestion, but I'll give it a thumbs up here.

A hearty AMEN to your suggestion Vladimir! I too experience a long delay for the home page to open. If the downloading could occur while I am working in other areas it would make a visit to the home page a more inviting option.

I don't use the Home Page and I'm not fond of more uncoordinated threads running in the background. So this suggestion should be an Option.
