I get a blank window. I have the book in my library, but it fails to open successfully. Please help.
I have the same problem with the New Unger's Bible Dictionary that I purchased today. Opens fine in Logos 4 for windows though.

I have the same problem. Treasury of scripture Knowledge will open but not The New Treasury of Scripture of Knowledge
I also have the same problem with The New Treasury of Scripture of Knowledge but not with the Treasury of Scripture of Knowledge.
I have found one more book that won't open: Heritage of Great Evangelical Teaching
That's three total that won't open so far. Strange!
Screenshots are helpful, but it's very difficult to diagnose issues such as this without log files. See this post for details on how to do so.

I haven't been able to reproduce this issue with the latest code. We plan to release Alpha 18 on Monday.
Please let me know if you still have trouble with these resources after you've updated to Alpha 18 (and post logs if you do).
