I just saw my computer update and index Logos 7. However, I didn't see what was updated and indexed in my Logos engine. Is there a way I can check what was updated? Is there a place I can go to online or check in my Logos 7 for this?
open the Library Tab and sort by "last updated" column
Hi Jim:
Open your Library. scroll to the right in your library window and click the header for Last Updated to sort your library by most recently updated. This will show you what was updated when.
It looks like I will need a screenshot. I can't seem to find what you are saying when you open the Library tab.
I just saw on the right side a list of updated resources. But I want to see this even if the update was longer than today...
Right click on the bar (where it says "License" ect) to get the drop down.
I don't get that screen.
That is the Library window?
Yes
Mac or PC? When something weird happens sometimes rebooting clears it up.
If it is a Mac probably a Mac person would need to chime in.
Its a Mac
How does this work on a Microsoft Windows 10 Desktop PC, because I am not seeing none of this what you guys are talking about. I can't even find where it says anything about "Last Updated Resources.
Suggest changing Library view from Tile View:
to Details View:
that allows Last Updated column to be visible/sorted.
Keep Smiling [:)]
Right click on the gray bar where the Title column header resides. That will give you a drop down menu where you can select the columns you want to show in your library detail list. Last Updated is one of the choices, as you can see in Robert's screen shot. This will give you the date of the last time each resource was updated. If you sort on this column, then you will see which resources were updated last.
The following instructions are for Windows, I THINK that a right click on Mac is a double click(?).
1) Right click on the Library button and select "Open in New Tab".
.
2) Right click in the next to the word "Title" and ensure that "Last Updated" is checked.
3) Use the scroll bar to scroll right until you see the "Last Updated" category.
A mouse/trackball with left and right buttons works the same on Windows and Mac. Also can press control and click => right click on Mac. System preferences for Trackpad has Secondary Click:
When Library is in Details View, can right click on any column header to show columns being displayed

As a refinement to Rick's step 3, Once I find the "Last Updated" column, I drag it over to the 4th column in my layout then I click in the top bar in the column of "Last Updated" which then sorts from newest to oldest. Click it again and it sorts from oldest to newest.
Got it, thanks!
