There are still many L3 boxed resources out in circulation, and many can be purchased at a discount price. For those of us who no longer have L3 installed, or who no longer actively use L3, it takes a phone call to Customer Service to have the L3 resource license transfered to L4 (you have to give them the L3 product key, I believe). This is time consuming for the user and also take up precious Customer Service time.
I suggest Logos provide a page on their web site that allows us to do that automatically - key in the L3 product key and your user ID, and it automatically transfers that product license to your L4 account. Saves us from having to install the L3 product, sync the L3 licenses, and wait for it to appear in L4. Saves CS many unnecessary customer calls.
