KeyLink Data Type Resources "Greyed Out"???

In my Keylink Data Resources Drop-down Box in Libronix 1.2.2 - there are several Resources listed that are "Greyed Out" and cannot be promoted or searchable (see screenshot below). Can you tell me why that is the case. The Resources that are Greyed Out are not being searched in my typical searches. Any help would be appreciated.
