Is there somewhere to go in the logos4 software and enter a name or phrase like you can with google and get options on what you are looking for?
What do you mean by "options"?
If you mean you want to do a search, just click the search button (the magifying glass), and it brings up the search window.
Sounds like you're looking for some kind of type ahead feature.
When you start a search, as Todd suggested, Logos will indeed offer suggestions for your search.
