It sounds like perhaps it hasn't downloaded those resources just yet. Look in your taskbar for a Logos icon and hover over it to see what it says (if anything).
If nothing is there,
- Make sure Logos is set to access the internet and update as needed (tools>> Program settings, look for "automatically download updates" and "user internet")
- Close Logos and wait a few seconds.
- Restart logos and comence your regular work, within 10 minutes or so Logos will check what it has against what is in the license file, and will begin to download the books.
Alternatively, you might use the command in the command box "update resources" (no quotes), which takes some time to run.

Oh, and one more thing....
When you restart Logos with internet access on, it will sync your licenses - and should eliminate this problem.
