Media Tool images very small in latest Chrome build

The latest version of Chrome (v62) appears to have introduced an issue causing all images in the Media Tool to appear very small. We worked hard today to test a fix internally, and will roll it out early next week.

As a temporary workaround, Firefox, Safari, and Edge all appear to function correctly. 

As a separate issue, we're aware that a few images to not currently open, and are investigating.
