Frustrating bug when printing

This has been annoying me for several months, so it's time I reported it.

There's a short but frustrating time delay between the Proclaim desktop software syncing, and the document at documents.logos.com being updated. I estimate it to be around 10-30 seconds.

So here's what often happens:

I make the finishing touches to my presentation by adding the final song.
I wait for Proclaim to sync the changes.
I choose File/Print, and print the document.
I get to church, and find out that last week's song is still on my printout!

It would be a big help if this could be fixed.

Hello Mark,

Are you hitting the green sync check mark? By clicking on it, you can push through an immediate sync. You shouldn't notice much of any delay between the two.

I've been keeping an eye on this.

What seems to happen is that when I make a change, Proclaim doesn't automatically sync immediately, and the green check remains. So I think it's synced, but it hasn't.

Perhaps the best way to fix the problem of printing an old version of the presentation would be to ensure that choosing print initiates a sync, and only opens the web browser after the sync has taken place.
