Creating a note in Android app not visible on cloud app, and vice versa
Is there a way for me to create notes on my phone and have it show up in the cloud or desktop apps? Shouldn't these three things sync?

We're in the middle of a transition from our old notes system to a new one. The mobile and desktop apps use the old notes system, so your notes and highlights will sync between them. The web app is using our new notes system. We plan to bring the new system to desktop and mobile in the near future. When we do, we'll merge all your notes and highlights into the new system. I'm sorry for this less-than-ideal experience in the mean time. The team is working hard on the new system, and we're eager to get it on all three platforms.

I'm using Logos 4 on the Desktop, will these changes support that or will I have to upgrade?

You'll need to be running the latest version of our desktop and mobile apps. That doesn't require a paid upgrade. There are free ways to get the latest versions of our apps.
