Can't download NT Wright prepub

I'm running Logos 4 (Alpha 17).  I ran the "Update Now" script, but it doesn't see the NT Wright books I just bought.  Anything specific to the Alpha?

Does the Alpha have a "Use Internet" option under Program Settings? I wasn't getting the NT Wright prepub either (on the Windows side), but I found I had "Use Internet" set to "No" (I'd turned it off temporarily and had forgotten to turn it back on again). When this is set to "No" then "update now" doesn't do anything.

Try "Update Resources".  I've also found that I need to run this command, wait for a 15-20 seconds for the Logos logo to appear in the command bar, and it should report that is downloading.  Then I've also found that I need to restart Logos after the download in order for it to rebuild the index and see the new books.  I just purchased the same set of books - I use his work extensively in teaching Synoptic Gospels, great author.

Same thing happened to me last week - I spent a couple of hours one evening at trying without success to get Mac Logos to download books I recently purchased and was using in Windows Logos. The next evening, the books began to be downloaded and installed as soon as I opened Logos.
