When I print Mark 2:18-22 (ESV), the app generates two identical pages. I print with the "Propositional Outline" filter enabled.
I've attached the pdf file of the duplicate pages, and I've also attached the logs.

I'm not able to reproduce this, can you share a screen shot of the Print/Export panel so I can see what settings your using?
Note that at the bottom of the page, it says "1 of 2." Page 2 of 2 is an identical copy of page 1. And in case it isn't clear from the logs, I'm running High Sierra 10.13.2.
I can reproduce this now, it looks like the issue is the page margins, if you switch to 1in margins it should only give one copy. I'll write up case for this.
Thanks for looking into it. Obviously (at least in this case) the .5" margins are preferable because it keeps the text on one page. Looking forward to a fix. Thanks.
