Crash

Up until yesterday, Logos was running fine. I had changed nothing in the configuration of my MacBook Pro. I tried to open Logos, and it crashed as soon as the opening music started to play. It continued to crash every time I tried to open it. After that, I restarted my Mac, and Logos worked throughout yesterday. This morning, however, the problem started again. Even a reboot didn't help. MacOS had a stability update, so I installed that. Still, Logos refuses to open. I'm in the middle of sermon prep for Sunday, and I need my software to work... please help!

I've logged the issue, as instructed on the website, but here is the error message I receive when trying to attach it here...

Sorry to hear you are having problems.

That message normally indicates that the file you are uploading is too large.

I think - on Mac - that you are asked to upload a complete folder. Can you have a look in there and see if there is a Logos.log file? If so, please just include the latest one in a reply to this thread. Hopefully you will be able to post that without and problem..

Hi Joe,

I'm sorry you are having trouble with Logos. We've got a case for this crash, our dev team is actively trying to find a fix, and we will ship an SR as soon as we are able to. Until we are able to ship an SR you could use app.logos.com as a back-up for this week.

I have the same problem. I don't know if this is related to the internet connection, because if I turn off the wifi, Logos opens well, however , when I turn on the wifi again, it cannot sync.

Philana, thanks for the news that you all are working on this! Pedro is right about this being linked to WIFI somehow. I disabled WIFI on my Mac, and Logos loaded. I'm able to turn WIFI back on, now that it's loaded, and it seems to be running just fine so far. But, when WIFI is enabled and I try to start Logos, the software crashes every time.

Had to run through the process and reboot my system twice, but all seems to be well again today. Thank you, Tommy! Very grateful for the help!
