Lastest rev (A17?) won't ever finish indexing the Library
I've not been able to use the latest release at all so far. It's perpetually "Preparing Your Library." That usually done in a couple minutes. Because I'm not 100% sure of which rev I have, the version string when I get info is 4.03.37689.
Please help.

the first thing you should do is ensure that you have the latest version.
Go to the Release Notes - one of the first postings in the forum and look at the top item which is a link to manually download the latest version.
Once you are sure you are working with the latest offering we can start to help.
