I think you are describing a Reading Plan here, not a Reading List. Other than that: this is a mono crash on Mac OS X 10.11.6 latest stable Logos version 7.11 SR-1, maybe the same mono crash experienced by more than one user that Logos is working on? (Mac logs are not really legible on a PC and as a Windows user I normally refrain from trying to understand those)
If they are already working on it, great. It seemed an obvious bug, so I was surprised by it (and the forum has so many posts that I could not find a previous report on it).
As of Logos 7.11.0.0033, this crash no longer happens.
