Bug? Logos reverted to beta 1, and now won't run or let me install beta 2

Logos successfully updated to 7.12 beta 2. However, after rebooting my PC, and restarting Logos, I receive a message stating that an upgrade is required. Looking at the log, it looks like it's reverted to beta 1.

8750.Logos.log

But when I try and install beta 2, it says it's already installed:

8737.LogosSetup.log

I also tried doing a repair, but that didn't work either.

I checked my antivirus logs in case it had rolled back the update, but there's nothing listed.

I fixed it in the end by copying all the files from the Pending folder into the System folder.
