New Tab - New Resource Suggestion

I would really like when clicking on the new resource option in a tab that the drop down suggest similar resources to the one that was there. For example if I am in a commentary for Phil 4.5 and select new resource for that tab, the suggested resources at the top would be other commentaries that have comments on Phil 4.5.
