I want to find all the covenants between "God and man" like Abraham, Issac, and Jacob for the promised land of Israel.
How would i do a Bible search for covenants and God within some many words?

As a hopefully helpful assist, it's not a search but IMHO two of the best books written on covenants throughout the Bible were written by Dr. Scott Hahn - he did his doctoral thesis on God's Covenants.
Both books are in Logos - the first is A Father Who Keeps His Promises: God’s Covenant Love in Scripture. It is a somewhat abbreviated form of his doctoral thesis, ~ 300 pages in paperback. The second is Kinship by Covenant: A Canonical Approach to the Fulfilment of God’s Saving Promises, which is only apparently sold in collections, I got it in the Anchor Yale Bible Reference Library. This book is ~ 600 pages in hardback, and appears to be his complete doctoral these on the revelation of God being a growing covenant with all people:

Universal: Jesus Christ
He discusses the rituals of covenant, the language throughout scripture, the actions to establish and violate covenants, all of it. Both are excellent books, at least get the first one individually if you don't want to go for the Anchor set.
