Exegetical Guide

I am currently running Logos 3.0g on my Windows 7 computer. I have all my resources copied to the hard drive and all the updates installed. However, when I go to use the exegetical guide for an OT passage, it will not allow me to use or click on either of my top two resources (BDB and HALOT). These resources are copied in to my library, but just do not show up in the exegetical guide. Any suggestions? Thank you

I had a similar problem with the BDAG a while back and I had to call Tech support (BDAG was greyed out in my keylink options; it wouldn't launch from them). I think the solution required deleting some file and letting Libronix regenerate it but for the life of me I can't remember what it was! If you call Tech support they should be able to get your on your way pretty quickly.
