[BUG] FWD: Prioritization on mobile app causes duplication on desktop

I pulled up my prioritization list on desktop and found I'm quite fond of the ESV. This shouldn't be possible and I couldn't recreate it on desktop as it won't add more than one copy. It then occurred to me it might be mobile or web apps since I'd done testing there, changing things. I was able to reproduce this on both the web app & the mobile app. Every time you change preferred bible it adds a duplicate to the prioritization table that shows up in the desktop.
Additionally, the behavior of selecting preferred bible on Android is broke and iOS is slightly weird. On Android, on selecting a bible, the selection box goes away, but Settings doesn't update to show the new selection. However, it does take, as hitting the Bible icon opens/switches to the selected version and going back to settings afterwards shows it has updated. iOS works, but seems a little odd in that when you select the bible, the selection still shows. I expect selecting to make the selection and dismiss the selection.

I don’t think we want mobile prioritaztion setting reflected in desktop at all do we? Desktop prioritization is to complicated to have mobile/web move things around.
