IPhone Downloading all your books on a seperate HD?

Just downloaded Logos mobile App on my IPHONE 6 Plus S.

Saw a little Hard drive you can connect-64 GB. Not sure how much I can download with 19225 resources but do you think we would be able to do that without losing functionality? The reason why I ask is because I do not want the Hard drive plugged in all the time but when I am ready to do some bible study on my phone-pop that sucker in...study away. The concern I have is it is not always going to be reading that Hard drive or if I just want to read or access Logos on my phone without all the features. Understand right now I live in the Philippines so I do not always have access to wifi and other coverage for my phone...thanks. Dave

No. Using an external SD card is a much requested feature, but a removable hard drive is too unreliable to consider (64 GB and more is available on an SD card).

For most users, it is really not recommended to download large portions of one's library. There are a number of reasons for this including the corruption of data. On the spectrum of wifi availability, are you going hours without wifi or months?

Also, for clarification: My understanding is that any such external storage device for iOS will be very limited. You can't install apps on it. In this case it would be worthless for you. The drive would be able to hold photos, pics & music. In no way would it work with Logos.
