Every time I open a book, the default text size marker is in the same place, and it's always too small. Any way I can change that?
Navigate to Tools / Program Settings / Accessibility section / Content Scaling
thank you
This is something I have found frustrating since Logos 4. When you change the default resource size (now renamed Content Scaling), some resources simply will not resize. Some resources will open in whatever size they were when they were last closed. Some open resources are stubborn and will ignore the resizing instructions.
The most reliable method I have found is to set the Content Scaling to 100% and set the size of all troublesome resources to the third tick from the left in the Panel menu. This seems to get the resource back to the default setting. After this I can change the Content Scaling and the rebellious resources will start following the resizing instructions.
However, even with this method, if I open a Layout that has resized the resources, the resources will no longer follow a change in the default resource size.
I'll have to play around with this a bit.
Prof. Hahne -- thank you for the effort that went into your post. This is a terrific solution, likely born of hours of trial-and-error.
