Bug? 7.11 Two different lemmas for תֹהוּ?

In Genesis 1.2 LHB, תֹהוּ uses different lemmas, depending on whether you open a BWS or a morph search.

Right-clicking on תֹהוּ, selecting the lemma from the right side context menu, then BWS from the left side, returns (saved) results for a slightly different lemma than what was on the right side.
Clicking on the Morphology Charts link brings up no results for that slightly different lemma.
Doing a Morph search brings up no verses for that slightly different lemma.
Right-clicking on תֹהוּ, selecting the lemma from the right side context meant, then Morph search returns 19 verses.
But the Morphology chart for that LHB lemma also brings up no results.

This issue apparently started when I saved the BWS guide from OT302 Segment 13 Activities, which had me do a BWS for תֹּהוּ (instead of תֹּ֫הוּ).

My questions:

Why does a BWS for תֹּ֫הוּ bring up a saved BWS for תֹּהוּ? Are those meant to be the same or different lemmas?
What is the difference between תֹּ֫הוּ (Genesis 1:2 LHB) and תֹּהוּ (OT302 Segment 13 Tohu Wavohu)? I don't know the meaning of the second "dot" in/following the tav.
Why is there no Morphology chart for either lemma?
Is the OT302 activity using a link to the wrong lemma for Genesis 1:2?

Here's another case today, where the ole appears as a "dot."

Still, that doesn't explain why BWS returns two slightly different definitions, depending on the presence/absence of cantillation.

It's the difference between launching a BWS from תֹ֙הוּ֙ in LHB (lemma: תֹּ֫הוּ) vs from תֹ֨הוּ֙ in BHS/WIVU (lemma: תֹּהוּ). Different editions of BHS have different morphological schemes and their own set of lemmas. The application knows that they're the "same", which is why you can only have one BWS open at a time. However, the lemma will be displayed based on the source of the BWS so you have consistency between your text and the giude.

I don't know why Mobile Ed uses WIVU (instead of Faithlife's LHB morphology).

Why is there no Morphology chart for either lemma?

The Morphology Charts interactive has a number of bugs and missing data; this is likely to be another instance of an existing problem.

As above, they're considered the same so only one is shown.

As above, it's not "wrong" to use WIVU but it was certainly unexpected (for me).
