Welcome! Is this a desktop or mobile question? The answer for the former is a qualified “yes.” Highlights are notes “by selection.” By definition that means they are resource specific. There is a feature, however, which allows you to see highlights from other resources provided that both have reverse interlinears. This is found under the visual filter menu.
