Help with Coupon Code

Hello,
I'm all ready to upgrade my base package before the end of the year to take advantage of 20% off. I was also expecting to utilize a coupon code found hear: https://www.logos.com/partner/overviewbible?utm_source=overviewbible&utm_medium=partner&utm_campaign=promo-partner, but for some reason the coupon code has no effect.
I'm upgrading from Standard Silver 7 to Bilingual Gold-Bronze 7. The web page seems current (I've been watching for a few months, and the deal was recently updated with no expiration). I've spent some time researching my choice of free books and was looking forward to the 5 books that I chose. When I went to purchase the coupon code doesn't seem to affect the price.
I'm not stacking any coupons, or a student discount, and the web page on Logos' own web site says I can get the 20% discount AND the 5 free books. I briefly chatted with a sales agent, but they couldn't give me an explanation or help the discount to go through.
Any ideas? Since the deal is on the Logos web site, I think they should honor it. I'm frustrated, and I'd love to hear from someone at Logos who has some answers.
Merry Christmas

Try adding a cheap feature set to your basket such as Verbum Starter.

Base Package page => https://www.logos.com/basepackages has Sale * Excludes Logos 7 Spanish (appears "all" is effectively all English since more than Spanish are missing from Base Package page)
Appears Bilingual Base Packages are also excluded. Noticed Live Base Package products => https://www.logos.com/products/search?Status=Live&pageSize=60&unlocked=no&Product+Type=Base+Packages and => https://www.logos.com/basepackages lack Logos 7 Bilingual & Bilingüe => https://www.logos.com/es/bibliotecas

The webpage shows Standard packages at first and on going deeper, it says it excludes Spanish packages, but it shows only the English language denominational base packages plus Feature Sets and Essential Upgrades. Maybe they simply forgot about the other localizations and the bilingual packages, and just configured this for "pure English".

Jan Krohn's suggestion worked, but obviously spends money instead of saving it. I tried several starter base packages, including the cheapest option would be the Verbum Starter feature set, but only with the Verbum Starter Base package did the coupon take effect (logos Baptist, SDA, Reformed, etc. . . all failed to make a difference) Does this mean there is a glitch Logos needs to fix with their promotions? I'm pretty sure this promotion was intended for protestants as well.
Very helpful advice . . . what should I do now.

Keep Smiling 4 Jesus: This was also helpful. However, I should clarify. I going for English-Chinese Bilingual. Of course, we could assume the same terms apply to Chinese as to Spanish, but but that doesn't appear to be the case for the 20% off sale.
I am getting the 20% off the any combo of Chinese Bronze, Gold-Bronze Bilingual Chinese, and of course Standard Gold. The coupon code is what isn't working for anything protestant, just Verbum Starter and above.

Good points here. I was hoping when it says, "Explore more bases packages and use the coupon code . . ." at the bottom, that it would work for any base packages not specifically excluded form the deal. It seems to be the case for Verbum
However even when I add Gold Standard, which is specifically listed on the web page, the coupon does not take effect.
Apparently the only way to take advantage of the sale is to convert to Catholicism. [;)]

Concur. Found Logos 7 Essential Upgrade, Small Library affects Standard Bronze pricing:
FYI: using my demo account with order total of $ 0.00 to see what happens in cart.

@ Keep Smiling:
I didn't quite follow your most recent post with the screen shot.
The issue I'm still having is that I'm trying to get the coupon code OVERVIEWBIBLE7 to work when upgrading my base package. See original post

For grins, added Logos 7 Gold (Standard) to cart => https://www.logos.com/product/81151/gold
Adding Logos 7 Essential Upgrades (L) => https://www.logos.com/product/145468/logos-7-essential-upgrade to cart with coupon affected Gold price:
Removed items from cart then added a Denominational Gold followed by Logos 7 Essential Upgrades (L) for similar Gold price change (adding another Gold denominational package also had 20 % off).
FYI: removing items from cart leaves coupon.

My Faithlife account with order total of $ 0.00 includes Free Book of the Month => https://www.logos.com/free-book-of-the-month that has resources included in Gold package for dynamic pricing along with Sale this month.

All this is interesting, but I'm having trouble connecting it to what my original post in this thread is about. Are you saying I can get this coupon code to work on a standard gold upgrade? Who should I contact if the code is not properly taking effect?
thanks for all your help

Suggestion is adding Gold upgrade(s) and Logos 7 Essential Upgrades (L) => https://www.logos.com/product/145468/logos-7-essential-upgrade to cart with coupon code. Without Logos 7 Essential Upgrades (and corresponding Feature Set), appears coupon code has no effect on Base Package pricing.

But adding a combo of Gold upgrade and Logos 7 Essential Upgrades (L) does not have the desired effect:
It reduces the price of both Essential (L) and Gold (I suspect due to overlap in resources and/or features), but it doesn't change the prices of my 5 free books to zero. The only way I have found to achieve the goal of activating the coupon discount is to add Verbum to the cart.
I'm quite sure this coupon code was supposed to cover Logos users in addition to Verbum. I don't want to beat a dead horse, but I'm looking for a clear explanation of either how to pursue getting them to honor the coupon code or why it is not valid.
Thanks again.

UPDATE: I just attempted again with another sales associate via chat and they were able to make the coupon code go through! I guess some associates can do things that others cannot. Thanks everyone for your help

Well, if it helps any, today I used a coupon code on another Bible software company (resource Logos doesn't offer). First, it dynamic priced me (good). Then it gave me my coupon code discount (good). Then it reconsidered, and gave it to me again. Well, Ok! Presumably if not deserved, they'll correct.

When the issue was resolved for you did it end up being an additional 20% off? or just the free books? Thanks in advance

sorry for the slow reply. I got both 20% and the free books. Very happy.
