L4 Beta4 Crash when switching layout

I am consistently getting Logos4 beta4 to crash when I switch to another layout.   My logs are attached.

This is the same bug as http://community.logos.com/forums/t/15656.aspx (closing all panels); we will fix it in the next beta.
