What is in the revised BI101 that I don't already have? Why do I have to pay for the revised version? Shouldn't it be free?

I can purchase it in 4 different Certificate Courses for 4 different prices and only receive BI101(revised), because that's the only resource I need to complete those 4 different Certificate Courses. Will purchasing 1 upgrade, complete the other 3, or will there be some minor differences that will require me to purchase the others 3?
