Emails are now in Spanish

I used one of the coupons from the Spanish version of the Logos website and now all the emails I recieve from them are in Spanish. The program and web site are fine but I am not sure how to change it so I get emails in English again.

It turns on and off some how. Sometimes I buy a product in English and get a receipt in Spanish and sometimes I get it in English. A few times I receive my prepub warnings in Spanish when they’re about to ship but the actual receipt is in English. I’d rather have all receipts in English regardless of what I purchase language wise.

The same thing happened to me. I call Customer Service and was told a "language field" in my profile had been changed to Spanish, so he changed it back to English. I told the rep I had not changed anything in my profile and would like to know how that can happen. He said Faithlife has access and can change things in our profiles, but couldn't give a reason as to why they would change something like that. I'll have to wait and see if I get any more emails in Spanish.
