My Library

I upgraded to Logos 7 from Logos 4 several months ago. I didn't purchase anything but upgraded to the basic so I would still be able to use what my Logos 4 had and still have access to my library. But when I click on the icon Library all that will come up are two books. And I KNOW I had hundreds of resource books in my Logos 4.

Sorry to hear you are having problems.

And you should be able to access them in Logos 7 - so we just need to work out what the problem is!

Some questions:

Did you use the same login details for Logos 7 as you used to when using Logos 4?
Is this the first time you have looked at the Library since upgrading to Logos 7? If not, did it initially show the number of books you expected to see?
Do you have anything in the filter field at the top of the Library panel?
Are you able to post a screenshot showing your Library (use the paperclip icon to include a picture in a reply to this thread)?

In addition to Graham's post, also be aware that if you are indexing it will affect your library results.

Indexing does not affect the list of resources that are displayed in your library. It can affect the list of results that shows up in a search. "Updating library catalog" can affect the list of resources in your library, but usually only when you just finished downloading the resource.

Just to add some pictures to Graham's reply item 3.

If I have 'filter' in the filter field I appear to only have 6 resources :-(

however if I empty the filter field my library count goes up a little...
