Is there a way to reset Logos 7 so that all your "customization" ie. notes, bookmarks, collections, time meter reflecting how much of a book you have read, can be reset back to when you first purchased Logos 7?
Thanks!
Hi Gregory
I don't think this can be done within the software.
It might be possible for Faithlife Staff to do it for you if you give them a ring.
You can do most of this yourself - though it would take some work, depending on how much you have done:
Indicators of how much of a book you have read is the one I don't know how to change!
Library has rings to show reading progress. Opening eesource followed by clicking (i) shows description plus reading progress. Clicking on progress ring displays a pop-up:

So that looks like the set[:)]
I'm assuming uninstalling and reinstalling Logos wouldn't do this, as everything gets synced to the cloud?
Default program setting is "Use Internet" = Yes, which does sync to Faithlife cloud servers. If installation has changed "Use Internet" to No followed later by being uninstalled, then changes after "Use Internet" was set to No are gone.
Notes can be removed by deleting the Notes Documents that contain them
It looks like you can easily clear all of your documents (clippings, notes, prayer lists, etc.) by going to documents.logos.com and at the top right selecting "Select all" then "Delete". I don't want to test it because I don't want to lose all of my files .

That would work - but I would advise caution if someone wants to do this, they really need to be sure this is what they want to do
(Although they can actually be "undeleted"!)
