Reading Plan - Have to select it twice on the home screen - BUG?

I have two reading plans I'm using on my iPad. One plan uses the ESV and one plan uses the CSB. Both the ESV and the CSB are downloaded to my iPad (if it makes a difference). I have to select each reading plan two times on the home screen on the iPad to get to the selected reading for the day. The first selection takes me back to the home screen and the second selection takes me to the beginning of the day's reading in the respective Bible. Historically I have had two reading plans with one translation and I didn't have this issue--selecting the reading plan on the home screen always took me directly to the day's selected reading in the translation.

Yes this is an issue that has been flagged before

You will find it opens directly from the homepage if the resource you are reading is not already open. If it is open you get what you describe.

I am hoping this will get fixed soon.
