Bug- Sermon Editor Tool Bar will not load

When I try to open or create a sermon, the Sermon Editor Toolbar does not load. Please note the window below. I tried changing the language to German and back to English- but it did not help. I tried closing and reopening. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. The problem started on this computer when I upgraded to High Sierra. But I am having the same problem on my desktop and it is still running El Capitan- so the problem seems to be happening on different versions of OSX.
