Help restore a note I accidentally deleted??
Is it possible to undelete a note? I know you can restore a deleted document from the computer application, but I have the document still.

Hi Carrie:
I don't know how long it takes for a mobile device to sync the state of a note, but eventually it should impact your desktop application. When it does, you go to documents.logos.com and undelete as you would a note deleted from your desktop app. Come back if you need help with that.
Were you online with your mobile app when you deleted it? If not that would explain why you still see it on the desktop (for now).

Both the computer and the phone show that the document itself still exists. The problem is that one of the notes I had added to the document is no longer there (on either the phone or the computer) because I accidentally deleted it. Going to documents.logos.com does not work because I never deleted the document and it doesn't list individual notes within documents.
