BUG? Searching in a Passage List sometimes returns results from verses not included in that list

As per https://community.logos.com/forums/p/157096/947615.aspx#947615 when searching for words of Jesus within a Passage List, results are returned for verses not included in the Passage List if they are a continuation of what Jesus was saying in a verse included in the list.

Is this expected behaviour?

The passage is respected if you use {Speaker <Person Jesus>} WITHIN {Milestone <Mt 5:21>}, but a reference range and a passage list are not respected.

I'm agreeing with you as any passage list or reference range (e.g. enter Mt 5:21) produces the result i.e. is not respected.

But Mt 5:21 in a Milestone term is respected (restricts the result).
