is it possible to use the OpenDyslexic font in logos, or a setting to switch between the default and the OpenDyslexic font,

Yes I use it. If you have it installed on your computer then you just need to go into the logos menu and choose preferences. In there you can set default fonts. I find it easier to read the SLB Biblit font than the default hebrew and greek fonts too. I don't think you can in the mobile app.
