crash and bug

running logos 7 on macOS High Sierra and not launching today

I went through the steps listed on support page = uninstalled and installed, checked fonts, gave myself permission in the library, checked for Logos and mac updates, restarted the computer, but the icon bounces and says "Untitled" in the menu bar.

an archive log is attached, I also emailed this log to support.

You did download a fresh DMG file and reinstall from that, correct? https://www.logos.com/install

If I recall correctly, this was a bug that you could work around by starting Logos directly from the applications folder (not the dock). Try that and see what happens.

yes thanks, trying to launch from the application folder does not work.

Bummer!

I noticed that your logs don't seem to be enabled properly (there should be several files, not just the "console" file). You'll want to go to the link in my signature and verify that they are enabled.
