Highlight missing in open window

When doing a word search, e.g. Lk 19.13, servant, the reference is not highlighted in whatever  lexicon I open through Bible word study. The link to open panel is checked!

    The bible has to be open to one of the references that appear in the lexicon for that word eg. if Gal 4.7 appears in the lexicon then the bible has to be open at Gal 4:7.
