Logos 7 Crash

I'm running the most updated version of Logos 7 and Win 10 Pro on my Surface Pro 3.

When I open Look At The Book Labs (Videos) and click on "download all media" in the drop down menu, logos crashes. 2 different log files attached as I wasn't sure which one it would be

Please post the Logos.log file as well

I'll post that as well but according to my system the last update to that file was 2016 so I'm not sure how helpful it will be. Odd thing is, I already have all the videos downloaded as I went through them one by one.

Please follow this procedure and upload the compressed log files folder.

I'm sorry you are experiencing problems. I've tried to reproduce this crash, but so far I've been able to download the videos without crashing. If you could please follow Alabama's suggestion and reproduce the problem to get us current logs.

I don't think Alabama made a suggestion. But we need logs as I suggested earlier.

Can I get the logos by just holding the control button down or do I need to install that enable logging file first?

According to the wiki article linked to above: "To turn on logging for one session, hold down the CTRL key as you start Logos and then sign in (this will open to a blank layout with Logos 6+)."

NOTE: AFTER you do that you will need to grab the logs BEFORE you restart again.

All right here are the files again but with the crash repeated. All i do is go to the resource "Look at the book (videos)" and click on download all media. Logos freezes and eventually crashes. I do already have all the videos downloaded though or at least from what I can see.

Win 10 Pro, Surface Pro 3, i5-4300 @ 1.90 Ghz, 64 bit OS, 8 GB Ram. There is also a 2.50 GHz under Processor

Greetings Emmanuel and welcome to the forum. I hope we can help out.

I see that you have a problem and it is with a Mac installation.

Firstly as your post isn't necessarily related to the problems above it would be better to put the post in a new thread.

Secondly you should follow one of the links at the bottom of the posts and attach logs to the post so we can see what is going wrong.

Of course one of those who knows may just happen along and give you a hint so all of the above may just be for future reference.

All right here are the files again but with the crash repeated.

Delete the folder C:\Users\Matt\AppData\Local\Logos\Data\nmu5xxvb.urw\WebCache and restart Logos.

Dave thank you sir. Just to make sure... Do I delete all the contents in the folder and leave the folder present OR do I delete the folder and all of the contents inside it

...but just the webcache, right? I think that was the folder Dave told you to delete. You should not have lost your resources unless you deleted a different folder.
