Logos crashing when opening notes files

As of the middle of last week (Jan 10, 2018 ish), when I try to open one of my saved layouts, logos stops working. I am running Windows 7 that is up to date. Through online chat support with Brandyn, we think we isolated the problem to opening notes files. Anytime I try to open a layout that includes a personal notes file or open a notes file directly, logos stops working.

I have been using logos 7 without a problem for months. I don't know if a recent windows update or logos update caused this problem.1663.Logos Log Files.zip
