Why is the factbook on the iPad app seem to be a neutered version?  Will it ever have parity with the desktop app?

Another solution would be if the Factbook was available on the WebApp

    The mobile apps are designed to complement the desktop app and not to replace it. While they are continually being worked on and enhanced feature parity is not a goal as far as I know

    Another solution would be if the Factbook was available on the WebApp

    The Factbook is available in a very limited way at the moment on the WebApp - which suggests more functionality may be added to it over time.
