Have to reload page for Reftagger to work.

Good morning, 

I am the Dev for my Church's website, and I write a daily devotional on it as well. We use Cloversites, which includes a webpage builder, Greenhouse. I am somewhat family with HTML, and Greenhouse allows me to directly edit the HTML. 

I've placed the HTML for Reftagger in my footer and it works. But only after reloading the page. I've tried on the following browsers,

PC: Chrome & Edge

iPhone: Safari.

The website is firstbaptisthastings.org if you would like to see.

Obviously, reloading the page every time if you want the Reftag to work is not going to fly, is there a way to fix this?

Try adding this at end of reftagger.js:

if(!window.location.hash) {
  window.location = window.location + '#loaded';
  window.location.reload();
}

I was having the same issue, and this fixed it for me.
