I purchased The Lutheran Study Bible last week and installed it into my PC version of Libronix 3 did the online sync a couple of times and it eventually it appeared in my Logos 4… after a couple of update now commands.  YEAH!!!  I am now trying to get it on to my Logos 4 on the Mac and on the iPad but I cannot get the resource to show up even after doing the update now command and updating to the Alpha 18 version.  Is there something that I am missing?  Has anyone else got it to work on the Mac or iPad? Any ideas or help would be great!

I'm having the same problem. (See [View:http://community.logos.com/forums/p/15761/120022.aspx#120022:550:0]for more details.) Unfortunately, my call to support gave me the advice, "you should post to the forums."

    Hi John

Did you buy this from Logos? I had a look for it on the product page and couldn't find it.

If you purchased it elsewhere because Logos do not supply it, it may be that it will not be converted or licensed for the iphone or ipad unless that is done by your original supplier.

Did you get this by download or on a CD?

    John:

I can help you with the book's presence (or lack-thereof) on your Mac, but you will have to go to the iPhone forum to get help on that. However my suspicion is that the file has not yet been uploaded to our servers for the mobile app. Uploads occur twice a week. Try later this week and see if it is there. Additionally, our servers for Logos 4 do not yet have that book uploaded to it is my suspicion. So in this situation I would put the disc in the drive and scan it through Logos 4.

    Put the disc in.

    Open Logos4

Type "Scan Optical" and let the picker highlight "Scan Optical Media"

    Hit enter.

    Reboot Logos4.

Try the Scan Optical Media and after you type in the command, you must close the program... it will seem like it is not doing anything but it will scan the CD and load the book.

To check and see if it really worked:

Click on the Library Icon on the top left

    Then type:

    PUBLISHER:concordia

Make sure PUBLISHER is all CAPS and that there is no space after the colon.

That is the way I found it in my library.
