A18: Preparing Library

Every time I start A18, I get the logos icon on the tool bar and growl tells me that Logos is getting ready to index my resources and that I might experience slowdown. The icon goes away almost immediately.

    I noticed the same thing last night on my personal MacBook. I'll file a case in our issue tracker.

    Tom, I just did a rebuild index to merge the new interlinears that we received, and it no longer happens

    I experienced the same issue after upgrading to A18. Running "merge index" fixed it for me.

    (It is not a huge problem, but in case there is an underlying issue in the code somewhere,
    perhaps it is worth mentioning that the last couple of updates prior to A18 have also
    required a merge index in order to get rid of the indexing popups which appear for a split second on every program start.)
