Chapter 10 subsections are listed as subsections of the section 9:33-50. The problem does not originate with Logos but from the print edition. Nevertheless, I thought I would point it out in case something can be done about it:
That's the rub Logos generally will not deviate from the printed book unless there is a new edition released... with such an obvious error of omission as this it would be nice if they would make an exception but who knows. But the real question that maybe needs to be asked is did the author mean 9:33-10:52 or was he hoping to put another division in at chapter 10.

It looks like there is something missing which either the author has forgotten to include or the editor missed or cut out accidentally. The problem is not just with the TOC, it is reflected in the text of the commentary. Section 9:33-50, like other sections, has a proper introduction. These introductions are helpful to see an author's analysis of how subsections work together. Then all the sudden it switches to the discussion of the next subsection in chapter 10. The section that it is part of together with the following pericopes has thus no introduction.
I realise that Faithlife cannot fix this. Yet since they work with publishers, they can report this kind of problem. It would be nice for them to do so and to let users know what to expect.
Agreed, but anyones guess what the publisher and or author wishes to do (the simple correction in next printing is most logical, but does this turn into a full blown second edition with numerous changes and updates. Always hard to say. you could always email yale press and find out I suppose.
It looks like on Page 589 the author lists the heading as "Fourth Major Section (8:22-10:52)" so it seems everything from 8:22 to the end of chapter 10 is under that heading, until page 767 which starts the Next major section "Fifth Major Heading (11:1-13:37)".
